Mungo Murphy Sea Bag

Mungo Murphy's Single Sea-Bag contains approximately 50g of dried and ground Laminaria Digitata from the wild Atlantic waters of Connemara.

It can be used in a bath to treat skin imperfections, stimulate blood circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, detoxify the body, soften stiff muscles, improve thyroid health and may also serve to alleviate the symptoms of psoriasis, eczema, acne and dry skin.
