Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We offer free gift wrapping for all orders, perfect for sending directly to your loved ones. There is a box at checkout that you can select gift wrap & include a note, or simply leave it in the "Order special instructions" box.
We ensure prices are removed and billing details are emailed directly to the e-mail provided at checkout so no payment details will be included.
Can I add a gift note?
Of course! You can add a gift note at checkout in the "Order special instructions". If you opt for gift wrap, there is also a section to leave a note. We handwrite gift notes onto our lovely compliment slips.
If you choose a card with your order, we can write the gift note in the card for you too.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. We sell gift vouchers in store and digital gift cards are available here online.
I saw something I liked but now it's out of stock!
Unfortunately this can happen as our stock is shared between online and our brick-and-mortar store in Dungarvan and we typically don't have huge quantities available.
You can sign up to receive an email notification when a product comes back in stock on it's individual product page.
I saw something in the stop/on Instagram, but I can't find it online!
Some of our products are available exclusively in-store or may not yet be listed online. If you've spotted something you love, please contact us directly via email at hello@isabelsplace.ie. We’re happy to check availability for you!
If the item is in stock, we can arrange payment via a secure payment link or over the phone and ship it to you.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm.

Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
- Cards to Ireland + Northern Ireland - €1.50
- Shipping to Ireland + Northern Ireland - €6.00 (Free on orders over €70)
- Cards to Europe + UK - €3.00
- Other Items to Europe + UK - €12.00
Can I collect my order?
Yes, we offer free click and collect in our Dungarvan store. When your order is ready, you will receive a collection email.
We understand everyone has busy schedules, so we hold Click and Collect items for 30 days from the date of the collection email. If your order is not collected within the 30-day timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
How long does delivery take?
We use An Post for all our online orders. We typically process orders in 2-3 days and once we hand it over to An Post the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. You will receive an email once we dispatch the order to An Post with a tracking number.
If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know in the "Order Special Instructions" box and we will do our best, however we cannot ensure delivery by specific dates.
Can I track my order?
If you have chosen tracked shipping at checkout, yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
All Irish orders have tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as earrings or beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How do I return or exchange an item?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
