Take 6 - 8 pumps of the oil and warm it between the hands. Begin to massage into the abdomen starting at the belly button working outwards in a circular motion covering the entire tummy area, gently and slowly.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - PREPARE
Spritz your GROUND Body Brush with 2 pumps of the GROUND Sanitising spray, offering a refreshing and invigorating aroma while effectively cleansing your brush before use.
STEP 2 - BODY BRUSH
Always body brush on dry skin - before a shower/bath is most effective
Start at the feet move upwards, using long sweeping motions towards the heart
Ensure to always brush towards the heart
Working upward, be sure to include the legs, abdomen, arms & back
Move the brush in a circular motion, clockwise when working on the abdomen
Use light pressure and brush each area multiple times, but avoid applying excessive force or brushing over sensitive areas
Avoid using the body brush on the face
STEP 3 - MASSAGE
Create a relaxing massage ritual to feel the full effects of this purifying blend. Lie down on a comfortable surface. Take 6 - 8 pumps of the Cleanse Castor Oil and warm it between the hands. Begin to massage into the abdomen starting at the belly button working outwards in a circular motion covering the entire tummy area, gently and slowly. Repeat this as often as feels comfortable.
Optional: Place a heat pack or hot water bottle on the area for the ultimate soothing experience.
Start with this gentle cleansing ritual once weekly and gradually increase the frequency as the body adjusts.
