Ascophyllum nodosum is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids including: Alginic acid, Ascorbic acid, Mannitol, Laminaran, vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, K3, Calcium, Copper, Phosphorous, Potassium, Manganese, Magnesium and Zinc.

How to use:

Mix 1 tsp of seaweed powder with 1 tsp of oil/ honey/ natural yoghurt or water in a small dish and apply to face. Remove after 5-10 minutes with warm water scrubbing gently on the skin as it rinses off.
