If you grew up in the 90’s the high pitched BEEP followed by the sentence, “Léigh anois go cúramach ar do scrúdpháipéar, na treoracha agus na ceisteanna a ghabhann le CUID AHHH”, will be etched in your brain.
Leaving cert Irish wasn’t my strongest subject, but I absolutely loved when the ghetto blaster was pulled out, tape deck loaded and the Donegal Irish accents were turned up to such a high decibel that the single glazed windows started to dance. 😂
Every person of my generation will always fondly remember the significance of “CUID AHHH!”. ☘️😂

"For such a small nation, Ireland has a rich tapestry of stories. These tales remind us who we are and where we came from. Movies entertain, inspire and delight us. They question our morals and expose us to new ways of thinking.
During the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns I found I had more time in the evenings to revisit my favourite Irish movies. As a designer I challenged myself to condense the subject matter into brief sketches. These were the most poignant, funny or clever aspects of the films that resonated with me."
