Josephine Bernaud crafted her exquisite cookies, reminiscing about her native Bordeaux, using ingredients from her adopted land in Haro (Logroño).

There, in 1926, she opened her Tea Room, which became a meeting point for travelers on the Haro-Bordeaux route. We are currently the third generation maintaining her recipes crafted in the same way to offer a unique and exquisite selection of products of the highest quality. Because, as Josephine always said: "The small pleasures shared with friends give meaning to our life."
