Originating from the Mediterranean, this herb is popular in cooking and was used traditionally for its antioxidant benefits.  The oil we selected has a great balance of sweet, herbal and aromatic notes and a refreshing scent, which helps support focus and concentration. It's also a popular ingredient in fresheners and colognes.

Directions: Enjoy their oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil.  Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.
